Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some products or services from Lair Athletics may be offered as a subscription, membership, pre-order, prepaid plan, or other purchase option.
This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and billing work for those purchase options.
Subscriptions and Memberships
Lair Athletics may offer recurring subscriptions or memberships for goalkeeper training, training plans, product purchases, or other services.
When you purchase a subscription or membership, you authorize Lair Athletics and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method according to the billing schedule shown at checkout.
Subscription billing may be monthly, prepaid, recurring, or based on another schedule shown at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider. Lair Athletics does not store full credit card numbers on its own systems.
Automatic Renewal
Some subscriptions and memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
If you do not want your subscription or membership to renew, you are responsible for canceling before the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation stops future charges. Cancellation does not refund past charges.
How to Cancel or Change a Subscription
You may cancel or change your subscription through the customer account, subscription management link, or order confirmation email when available.

Please allow reasonable processing time before the next billing date.
If a cancellation request is submitted too close to the next billing date, the charge may still process. Subscription charges that have already processed are non-refundable.
No Refunds After Billing
Subscription and membership payments are non-refundable once billed.

Grandfathered or legacy pricing plans

Discounted recurring plans

Partially used billing periods

If you no longer want a subscription or membership, you must cancel before the next billing date.
Training Subscriptions
Training subscriptions provide access to eligible training services based on the plan selected at checkout.
A training subscription does not guarantee:

A specific coach

A specific field
-
A specific session time
-
A specific training group
-
A specific number of available athletes in a group

A specific training location
-
Specific athletic results
-
Team selection, playing time, recruitment, or scholarships
Training availability may depend on:

Weather

Holidays

Session capacity

Seasonal schedule changes

Safety conditions

Business needs
Lair Athletics may reschedule, modify, relocate, or cancel sessions when necessary.
Missed Sessions and No-Shows
Missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows may be forfeited.
Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Lair Athletics and may depend on:

Weather or safety conditions
Missed or unused sessions do not automatically create a refund, credit, rollover, or extension.
Grandfathered Pricing and Legacy Plans
Lair Athletics may offer grandfathered pricing, legacy rates, discounts, or special subscription arrangements at its discretion.
If a grandfathered or legacy subscription is canceled, paused, changed, downgraded, upgraded, or fails due to payment issues, Lair Athletics may not be able to restore the previous rate.
Grandfathered pricing is not guaranteed forever and may be changed, discontinued, or replaced if necessary.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, access to membership benefits, training credits, booking privileges, or product fulfillment may be paused until payment is updated.
Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of the subscription or membership.
Lair Athletics is not responsible for missed training access, missed booking opportunities, or interrupted benefits caused by failed or outdated payment information.
Prepaid Plans
Some services may be offered as prepaid plans.
Prepaid plans are paid in advance and may include a set number of sessions, a period of access, or another structure shown at checkout.
Prepaid plans are non-refundable once purchased unless otherwise required by law.
Unused prepaid sessions, credits, or benefits may expire according to the terms shown at checkout or communicated by Lair Athletics.
Prepaid plans may not be transferred, resold, or converted to cash unless approved by Lair Athletics in writing.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders.
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that may not yet be in stock, may be awaiting fulfillment, or may be scheduled for future availability.
At checkout, we may collect:

Pre-order timelines are estimates only and may change because of supplier timing, inventory delays, shipping delays, product availability, or other factors outside our control.
Canceling a Pre-Order
You may request cancellation of a pre-order before the order has been fulfilled, shipped, prepared for pickup, or transferred to a fulfillment partner.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, shipped, prepared for pickup, or transferred to a fulfillment partner, it cannot be canceled.
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, Lair Athletics may contact you with available options, which may include exchange, substitution, store credit, cancellation, or another appropriate resolution.
Refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
Try Before You Buy
Lair Athletics does not currently offer “try before you buy” purchases unless specifically stated on the product page or at checkout.
Goalkeeper gloves and training products cannot be tried, used, trained in, or tested and then returned.
Once goalkeeper gloves are used, worn, washed, damaged, exposed to turf, used in training, used in warmups, used in matches, or show signs of wear, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
If Lair Athletics offers a try-before-you-buy option in the future, the specific terms will be shown at checkout or provided in writing before purchase.
Product Exchanges
Some physical products may be eligible for exchange only according to our Return and Refund Policy.
To be considered for exchange, products must generally be:

Used goalkeeper gloves are not eligible for exchange.
