Lair Athletics operates this website, online store, booking tools, customer account features, training services, subscriptions, product sales, and related services in order to provide goalkeeper training, coaching, and goalkeeper products to customers.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide ecommerce services, checkout, customer accounts, payments, and related online store features.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website, purchase from us, book training, subscribe to services, or interact with our business.

By visiting, using, booking, purchasing, or subscribing through our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our website, purchase from us, or participate in our services.

If you purchase, book, or register services for a minor athlete, you represent that you are the minor’s parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult responsible for the athlete’s participation.

To use certain services, including purchasing products, booking training, managing subscriptions, or accessing customer account features, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, payment information, athlete information, and booking details.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and authorized.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or share your account in a way that misuses our services.

Section 2. Our Business and Services

Lair Athletics provides goalkeeper training, coaching services, memberships, subscriptions, goalkeeper products, and related services.

Our services may include:

  • Private goalkeeper training

  • Group goalkeeper training

  • Recurring training memberships

  • Subscription billing

  • Camps, clinics, events, or special sessions

  • Goalkeeper gloves and related products

  • Retail partner products

  • Online booking, scheduling, and customer account tools

Lair Athletics is also a retail partner of West Coast Goalkeeping. Product names, product images, descriptions, trademarks, and brand references related to West Coast Goalkeeping or any other third-party brand belong to their respective owners and may be used with permission or as part of a retail partnership.

Section 3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product names, descriptions, images, pricing, sizes, colors, availability, and product information.

However, product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, image quality, product updates, supplier changes, and manufacturer variations.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, color, fit, grip, comfort, feel, or performance of any product will match your expectations exactly.

Product descriptions, prices, images, availability, sizes, and specifications may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed, processed, fulfilled, or sent to a retail partner or fulfillment provider.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.

You agree that purchases are for personal, family, household, athletic, or team use unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Products may not be purchased for unauthorized resale, export, fraud, abuse, or misuse.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, subscription rates, promotions, and offers may change at any time without notice.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price shown at checkout when you place the order, unless there is an error.

Posted prices may not include taxes, shipping, handling, processing fees, customs, duties, or other charges unless stated.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and account information.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • The payment information is accurate

  • Charges incurred by you will be honored

  • You will pay all amounts due, including taxes, fees, shipping, and applicable charges

If payment fails, we may pause, cancel, or restrict access to products, bookings, subscriptions, memberships, or services.

Section 6. Subscriptions, Memberships, and Recurring Billing

Some Lair Athletics services may be offered through recurring billing, memberships, subscriptions, or purchase options.

By purchasing a subscription or membership, you authorize Lair Athletics and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method according to the billing schedule shown at checkout.

Subscription and membership payments are non-refundable once billed.

You are responsible for managing, updating, pausing, changing, or canceling your subscription before the next billing date.

Cancellation stops future billing. Cancellation does not refund past charges.

Training subscriptions and memberships do not guarantee a specific coach, field, day, time, group, session format, or training location unless specifically stated in writing.

Availability may depend on:

  • Field access

  • Coach availability

  • Session capacity

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Seasonal schedule changes

  • Facility rules

  • Safety conditions

  • Business needs

Grandfathered pricing, legacy rates, discounts, or special subscription terms may be offered at our discretion. If a subscription is canceled, paused, changed, or fails due to payment issues, we may not be able to restore the previous rate.

Section 7. Training Services, Booking, and Attendance

Lair Athletics training services may include private sessions, group sessions, camps, clinics, events, evaluations, and recurring training programs.

Training schedules are subject to change based on field availability, coach availability, weather, safety, attendance, holidays, seasonal programming, and business needs.

You are responsible for booking the correct session, arriving on time, bringing the required equipment, and following session instructions.

Athletes should bring appropriate gear, including goalkeeper gloves, water, proper footwear, and shin guards when required.

We may reschedule, modify, cancel, or relocate sessions when necessary.

Missed sessions, late arrivals, and no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.

Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion and may depend on the type of session purchased, notice provided, coach availability, and field availability.

Section 8. Athlete Participation and Assumption of Risk

Soccer and goalkeeper training involve physical activity and risk of injury.

By participating in Lair Athletics training, you acknowledge and accept that injuries may occur, including but not limited to:

  • Sprains

  • Strains

  • Bruising

  • Cuts

  • Falls

  • Collisions

  • Impact injuries

  • Muscle injuries

  • Joint injuries

  • Head injuries

  • Overuse injuries

  • Weather-related risks

  • Turf or field-related injuries

Goalkeeper training may involve diving, jumping, landing, reaction movements, physical contact with the ball, field contact, and high-intensity activity.

Participants are responsible for making sure they are healthy enough to train. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a minor athlete is healthy enough to participate.

If an athlete has an injury, medical condition, pain, illness, or physical limitation, they should consult a qualified medical professional before participating.

Lair Athletics does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Section 9. Parent and Guardian Responsibility

For minor athletes, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate athlete information

  • Communicating medical, behavioral, or safety concerns

  • Making payment

  • Managing bookings and subscriptions

  • Reviewing policies

  • Ensuring the athlete has proper equipment

  • Ensuring the athlete follows coach instructions

  • Arranging drop-off and pickup

  • Supervising the athlete outside the active training environment

Parents and guardians are responsible for timely pickup after training. Lair Athletics is not a childcare provider.

Section 10. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

We do not offer refunds for completed purchases, including:

  • Training sessions

  • Group sessions

  • Private sessions

  • Camps

  • Clinics

  • Events

  • Memberships

  • Subscriptions

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Discounted items

  • Used products

  • Customized or personalized products

Physical products may be eligible for exchange only according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Goalkeeper gloves and other physical products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition to be considered for exchange.

Used goalkeeper gloves are not eligible for exchange. This includes gloves that have been used in training, warmups, matches, field activity, or any situation that causes wear, dirt, turf marks, latex damage, odor, water damage, or visible use.

If an item arrives incorrect or defective, you must contact us within the timeframe stated in our Return and Refund Policy and provide photos, order details, and a description of the issue.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by us.

Section 11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect customer information, customs, fulfillment delays, third-party partners, or events outside our control.

Some products may be fulfilled by a retail partner, vendor, warehouse, supplier, or third-party fulfillment provider.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to the customer to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lair Athletics may offer products from retail partners, vendors, suppliers, or third-party brands.

Product availability, packaging, fulfillment timelines, images, specifications, and descriptions may come from third-party sources.

We may update or remove third-party product information at any time.

Complaints, claims, warranty questions, product defect questions, or concerns related to third-party product manufacturing may require coordination with the original brand, vendor, supplier, or manufacturer.

Our website, services, brand, training content, written materials, images, graphics, videos, logos, designs, product layouts, training concepts, slogans, and other content are owned by Lair Athletics or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, sell, resell, exploit, scrape, or use our content without written permission.

Lair Athletics names, logos, product names, service names, designs, slogans, and branding are trademarks or business assets of Lair Athletics or its licensors.

Shopify names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify.

West Coast Goalkeeping names, logos, product names, images, and brand references belong to West Coast Goalkeeping or its respective owners.

All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Section 14. Photos, Video, and Media

Lair Athletics may capture photos or videos during training sessions, events, camps, clinics, or business activities for coaching, operational, promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.

We respect athlete and family privacy. If you do not want yourself or your minor athlete photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, you must notify us in writing.

We may use non-sensitive training media for reasonable business purposes, including website content, social media, advertising, coaching education, and promotional material, unless you have opted out in writing.

We do not sell athlete images or personal information.

Section 15. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools, apps, platforms, booking systems, subscription tools, payment processors, analytics tools, marketing tools, or embedded features.

These tools may include Shopify, booking apps, subscription apps, payment processors, email platforms, analytics providers, shipping providers, or other service providers.

We do not control every part of third-party tools and provide access to them “as is” and “as available.”

Your use of third-party tools may be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

We are not responsible for any harm, interruption, data issue, billing issue, technical issue, or loss caused by third-party tools, except where required by law.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases, bookings, subscriptions, services, or transactions with Lair Athletics.

Training results vary by athlete. We do not guarantee athletic performance, team selection, playing time, recruitment, scholarships, professional opportunities, injury prevention, or specific development outcomes.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions limit or do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lair Athletics, its owners, partners, directors, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, affiliates, agents, service providers, licensors, Shopify, and Shopify affiliates will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any kind arising from or related to:
