The Lair Athletics Mid-Winter Goalkeeper Camp is built around the situations that actually matter in goal. We will work through shot stopping, positioning, footwork, 1v1s, distribution, handling, crosses, and decision making, then put those skills into competitive and game-realistic situations.
With five goalkeeper coaches and a limited number of spots, goalkeepers will train in smaller groups based on age and level. That means more repetitions, more individual feedback, and less standing around waiting for your turn.
The goal is not to pack as many drills as possible into two days. We want goalkeepers getting quality work, being challenged, competing, and leaving with a better understanding of their game.
It will be a fun environment, but we are coming to work.
